Neuromodulators (Botox®-Xeomin®) Aesthetic


Model Pricing - $5.99/unit
Model pricing is available for clients interested in receiving aesthetic neuromodulator treatments (Botox®-Xeomin®) at a discounted rate under the following conditions:
The client must receive a full-face neuromodulator treatment to qualify for model pricing. (Examples -Forehead Lines, Frown Lines, Crows’ Feet, Brow Lift, Bunny lines (nose), Fine Upper Lip Lines/Lip-flip, Gummy Smile, Downturned mouth, Chin dimpling, Masseters (TMJ), Neck Lines, Platysma bands)
The client must provide consent for clinical photos and videos to be taken and used for our social media and website page
The client must return for a follow-up appointment 2 weeks after treatment.
If additional units are deemed necessary at the 2-week follow-up, as per the injector’s professional discretion, these units will be provided at no additional cost.
Appointment Information
The procedure will be performed by our Certified Aesthetic Nurse Injector
A $50 Deposit is required to book an appointment as a model client with model pricing
In order to cancel the appointment and therefore receive a refund of the deposit, the model client must inform the clinic via email at info@skinequation.ca at least 5 days in advance. Without a 5-day cancellation notice, deposits will be non-refundable.
If a model client cancels 2 consecutive appointments, they will no longer be able to participate as a model client with Skin Equation.
The deposit will be deducted from the total amount of your treatment cost on the day of your appointment.

Payment for treatment must be paid in full on the day of the procedure by cash, credit or debit card. Applicable taxes are applied to your treatment
Arrive 15 minutes before your designated appointment time to complete the required forms
Do not bring children or other parties to your appointment
The Treatment Procedure
Before treatment, all models undergo a consultation with a certified nurse injector. This consultation discusses:
Basic contraindications such as pregnancy, breastfeeding, etc.
Basic medical history, including allergies
Taking a treatment history for previous cosmetic procedures
Any previous adverse reactions and complications
Reviewing and planning patient expectations
Adverse reactions and complications are a risk of any medical procedure. Patient models will be informed of potential side effects, complications and adverse reactions to treatment at the time of their appointment
Treatment will be performed after the consultation based on the professional assessment, and with the consent of the model client.
Post-treatment care instructions will be explained and given to the patient electronically.
A 2-week follow-up appointment will be booked after the treatment
